This collage is composed of six photos. The Devereux Beach sign photo did not have enough sky to fit the collage, so it was composited with the kite photo which had more sky. First, the kite was removed with the Rubber Stamp tool, leaving the sky. Then the sign was selected and copied to the sky photo. The result was a Devereux Beach sign with sufficient sky.

The composite sign-sky photo and the four individual photos were then placed in separate layers of a new Photoshop document to form the collage. The central photo was cropped using the Ellipse Marquee tool. Other photos were resized using Transform/Scale. Layer masks were used to nondestructively crop the photos and to reveal the wind surfer sail in the central area.

A yellow border separating each photo was created using the Stroke command and the Line tool. The frame for the collage was made by applying a yellow stroke followed by a smaller blue stroke, resulting in a yellow frame within a blue frame.
